Ms. Kathure is an inspiring and results-driven leader serving as the Chairperson of the University of Embu Alumni Association. A passionate advocate for education, mentorship, climate action, gender inclusion and community transformation. Caroline embodies the spirit of collaboration and excellence that defines progressive alumni leadership.

With a solid background in education, research, and community engagement, she brings over five years of professional experience in administration, gender advocacy, and climate resilience initiatives. Her leadership journey is marked by a commitment to uniting graduates through shared values of service, innovation, and impact.

Under her stewardship, the Alumni Association is evolving into a dynamic network that connects members to opportunities for growth while giving back to the university and society. Caroline envisions deeper engagements with the university management, alumni, and development partners including strategic collaborations and MoUs that expand academic and professional pathways for graduates.

Her clarion call to the alumni community is one of unity and action: “Let us hold hands, support one another, and invest our collective energy in building a legacy that uplifts our alma mater and our nation.”

Ms. Caroline looks forward to hosting an alumni luncheon and or a gala dinner to strengthen bonds among members and to celebrate shared milestones.
