Mr. Bedan Chriophers Chege

Chairperson

Mr. Bedan Chriophers Chege holds a Bachelor Degree in Education Science and a Certificate of Proficiency in ICT from the University of Embu. He currently works as an Administrative Assistant in the same university. He is zealous on creative writing and mentorship programs. He is passionate about enhancing customer-centric services through designing of 3-dimension teaching models during his leisure time.

Ms. Risper Wambui

Vice-Chairperson

Ms. Risper Wambui holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management from the University of Nairobi and a Certificate of Proficiency in Supervisory Skills Development from Kenya Institute of Management. She is an Administrative Assistant at the University of Embu. She is passionate about mentorship and is a member of the Young African Leaders Initiative. She is committed and her supportive perspective will help the Association reach its milestone.

Mr. Thomas Mbogo Mwangi

Ms. Beatrice Wanjira Gitonga

Vice-Secretary General

Ms. Beatrice Gitonga is a young, enthusiastic, open-minded lady who graduated from the University
of Embu in September 2016. Being a pioneer student at the university, she was the Vice-Chairperson to the Interim Students Government in 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness Management from the University of Embu and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics at the same University. She currently works in the Directorate of Academic Quality Assurance at the University of Embu.

Mr. John Maina Kigo

Treasurer

Mr. Maina holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Chemistry and a Post-graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE). He is a secondary school teacher teaching Physics and Chemistry. He is also a Youth Talent Explore Secretary in Murang’ a county. During his free time, he enjoys writing educational journals.
